USE and CARE

The vase is freshly 3D printed upon request. Thus, you will receive your unique pot with your order. You can use Nardus however you wish, from decorating your home to gifting it to a loved one. Custom orders are also accepted. The vase can be printed in different sizes or colors with the request.
All items are quality-assured and delivered in the best shape. The dried flowers are not included in the package.

SHIPPING and RETURN

Shipping prices vary according to the country. Please check shipping chart or check out for calculate the shipping prices.

We offer refund within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please share the shipping details and tracking code with us when you shipped the packet.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cancellations are also accepted. Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
