Processing Times

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that orders are processed only on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Custom-Made Products: Your custom-made products will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Domestic Shipping (Turkey): For orders within Turkey, we offer shipping through Yurtiçi Kargo. Delivery times vary based on location.

• International Express Shipping: We offer fast and reliable express shipping to over 200 countries worldwide through our partners FedEx and UPS. Orders to major cities in the United States and Europe typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Prices: Please note that product prices do not include VAT or customs duties.

• United States: The duty-free limit for personal imports to the US is $800. Orders below this limit may not incur customs duties.

• European Union: The customs duty exemption limit is €150; however, VAT and additional charges may still apply upon delivery.

• Responsibility: Customs duties and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary based on your country’s regulations.

Shipping Carrier and Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Issues

• Lost or Delayed Packages: Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your package seems delayed or lost, please reach out to us at info@soliworkshop.com or through our WhatsApp support line, and we will assist in tracking your order.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage to help us process a replacement or refund.
