SHIPPING, RETURN AND WARRANTY
Shipping
All orders ship from Türkiye.
Each product is made to order.
Production time is typically 5–7 business days, followed by dispatch.
We offer fast and reliable international shipping to more than 200 countries. Each product is made to order and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
We work with FedEx and UPS to ensure secure and trackable delivery.
Orders shipped to the United States and Europe usually arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or local taxes. These charges may be applied by local authorities upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Important customs information:
- United States: As of August 29, 2025, the $800 duty-free threshold has been removed. Customs duties and taxes may apply to all orders, regardless of order value.
- European Union: The customs duty exemption limit is €150. VAT and additional charges may still apply.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your product arrives damaged or if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us. We are always happy to help.
Warranty
All Soli Workshop products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the provided care and usage instructions.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications, or normal wear over time.
