• United States: As of August 29, 2025, the $800 duty-free threshold has been removed. Customs duties and taxes may apply to all orders, regardless of order value.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

All Soli Workshop products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the provided care and usage instructions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications, or normal wear over time.

They are designed for ambient lighting rather than strong direct illumination, making them ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas.

The brightness you get depends mainly on the bulb you use. As a general guide, a bulb between 400–800 lumens works well for creating a warm and balanced atmosphere in most living spaces.

Lumens measure brightness, while watts indicate energy consumption. Choosing a higher lumen bulb will result in a brighter light output.

For larger rooms or if you need stronger lighting, we recommend combining multiple light sources instead of relying on a single lamp.

We recommend using a standard E26/E27 LED bulb with a warm white color (2700K–3000K) to achieve the intended soft and cozy lighting effect.

For most spaces, a bulb between 400–800 lumens works well.

Due to the materials used in our products, please use LED bulbs only, with a maximum of 10W. Halogen or incandescent bulbs are not recommended, as they generate more heat.

Please also note that bulb size matters. Larger or decorative bulbs may not fit inside some lamp models. We recommend using standard-sized bulbs unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Yes, Soli Workshop lamps can be used in different countries.

We offer different plug types including EU, US, UK, and AU. You can specify your preference in the order note, or we will automatically send the appropriate plug type based on your delivery address.

Our lamps are compatible with 110–240V, so they can be used internationally without any issue.

Most Soli Workshop table lamps are delivered ready to use or require minimal assembly. Setup is simple and typically involves placing the shade and installing the bulb.

Pendant lamps also require minimal assembly. However, since they are installed on the ceiling, we recommend paying attention to electrical safety and seeking professional assistance for installation.

Soli Workshop primarily operates online and does not have a dedicated showroom.
